About 6 or so months ago I gave this company 5 stars and a raving review. I have been a customer since 2020 and the service and product were always amazing. Emails and WhatsApp messages were always replied to promptly. Products as well were shipped quickly and were generally received within a week of payment. Maybe it's because I had so many years of great experiences that I am just bummed they don't do that anymore.
The internal way that they put together and keep track of orders also seems to be in disarray. I was sent an incomplete order and received a reply that had exclamation marks and then no reply to my other texts. Again, after so many years of great service, I was just at a loss as to how this could be. Orders take 3-4 weeks now to receive, so that makes it hard to know when to order.
Unfortunately, there is no other place that offers what I need. The quality is still good, if it actually gets sent and arrives... I don't write this with any meanness, I am just sad that it's not the company that it used to be. I hope that they can find a way back to how they ran the business.
