Haven't received my item, I had an email saying my item was sent to another royal mail DC and they will redirectit, few days later it arrived as empty box nothing on it, when I asked the post lady why? She said I have to contact the supplier or royal mail customer service.
I wasn't bothered as it will take me long to get an answer, not going to use this site anymore as due to unsecured delivery.
