I ordered my item as seen displayed on their website only for them to send a completely different brand which was not what I selected online. I received this medicine on a Saturday and their phone line’s wasn’t on and since I desperately needed the medicine I had to use it like that. I called pharmacyOnline.co.uk following Monday and there goes the girl behind the phone telling me they have stated it on their website “images are for display only” bla bla (in form of a very tiny print, albeit purposely for customers to miss this as it’s very easy to miss) and that I wouldn’t necessarily be receiving the medicine in the picture displayed on their website and that if I wanted the exact brand displayed as seen I needed to let the pharmacy know! I then asked this lady if you had this tiny print on your website advising customers regarding “images displayed bla bla bla”, do you also have full instructions printed boldly for your customers on your website to know that even though we have paid for the particular medicine displayed as seen, we also must specially notify you lot via message that we want the brand seen in the picture displayed online to be sent out to us” isn’t that ridiculous??? This simply means if for example you are paying for cravendale milk from asda they could send you Asda brand milk as opposed to cravendale you added to your basket and paid for if you don’t specify via message you want the exact cravendale you paid for to be delivered. Isn’t that some kind of fraud or sneaky way of selling brands we don’t want to your customers forcefully??? The girl said “no, that information is not online and that she will feed that back to the company. I even told the girl I have to return what they had sent to me which isn’t what I paid for and she said they can’t accept the medicine back and she can only feed back my suggestion to the company since they didn’t put it online that customers need to send a special message after placing an order. It’s bad enough that the brand which was sent to me didn’t work as it should work it also had a side effect on me! If only they had sent me the actual medicine I saw on their website and paid for, I wouldn’t have experienced such side effect because that particular brand I ordered and was hoping to get does not give me any side effect. I’m never coming back here to order the smallest medicine and this company needs to be checked as this act is completely wrong.
