Our cat wears her collar when she goes outside. We find it reassuring being able to track her - especially as we have moved house recently. It’s interesting to build up a picture of her territory and to see how far she roams (which isn’t very far at the moment!) Gives us great peace of mind when our cat is out and about as we know what scrapes cats can get into! Our previous cat got locked in a shed for a few days - if she’d been wearing a collar we’d have been able to find her. (Thankfully she was found by chance but the collar would have saved her and us three days of stress!)
