I struggled initially to set it up, but the customer service was so supportive and patient with me. I’m delighted with my purchase and it’s so much better than other trackers I’ve tried in my car. He is only small so others weighted him down but petTracer is much more comfortable in him. It’s great peace of mind knowing where he is when he’s out exploring. I highly recommend it!
