We decided to get a petTracer collar last summer when our new cat started going out as we were quite worried about her. It took me a while to get my hear round how it all worked and I had soooo many questions. The support team were really patient with me and helped me understand all the different features. Last month our cat didn't come home at the end of the day and we could see on the app that she wasn't that far. We went to the last position which was in some woods near our house but couldn't find her. It kept showing that she should have been right there and all of a sudden we heard a meow from above our heads! Misty was on a tree!
