Marcus came to take my gizzy away. He was so considerate and understanding. Explained exactly what happens which I liked. I was kept informed exactly what was going on by text.
I got a lovely tube with her ashes in along with a candle.
Even though it's a heartbreaking situation, I was so pleased how understanding Marcus was.
