It was my first time dealing with a pet cremation service and I can’t thank this company enough for making such a difficult time that little bit easier. The compassion, care, dignity & respect shown towards both myself and my beautiful 19 year old cat Mia, by the procare representative was remarkable and appreciated. I was beyond heartbroken & seeing that I was so upset, he took the time to talk with me, reassure me and explain everything. I felt so much better knowing that I was handing her over to people who understood and would look after her. I was kept updated by email and text and the door to door aspect of it was a great personal touch. Thank you.
