Lovely service from start to after service.
I initially booked and arranged on line. They collected my dog in a sensitive way and kept me up to date with every step of the way.
When I received the ashes back, they were presented nicely and included a lovely candle and certificate.
I received a follow up call a week later to see how I was doing and if everything was okay. Would recommend their services.
