I have been ordering from NW Flags for around 18 months as my son is an flag enthusiast, a vexolgist. I have found them to be reliable on order and delivery. I have only twice during that time had to a) contact them regarding an order and B) return an item. On the two occasions they handle both efficiently and promptly. As my son shows no sign of changing is hobbies intrest we will continue to order from NW Flags. Who knows if keeps order they way he has, he may be competition to them in years to come 😊😊
