Christmas present I ordered was as expected and looks stylish. I had an issue with delivery (which turned out to be Royal Mail’s issue and wasn’t helped by current strike disruption) but Nitin in Noir Design’s customer service department dealt with it immediately. Extremely impressed by that level of customer service.
