I ordered the dress and it was delivered promptly. Dress was beautiful but I am a size 8 and it was very big on me. I returned the dress and was notified of a refund. There was a bit of a delay with this but the staff could not be more helpful - emails sent to me promptly and my refund was done within the time scale they advised.
I would definitely recommend this company.
