I met Notch at the London marathon festival after eyeing them off for awhile. I bought 3 notches with my bracelet and afterwards I jumped online to buy a custom notch and one that wasn’t available at expo. As I was travelling I put an address where I would be in a weeks time. After I had paid and clicked submit I got a message to say my order wouldn’t be dispatched for 7-10 days. I messaged the team straight away asking them to change my shipping address to Australia. They instead expressed my order and it was at my next hotel the day after the marathon. I haven’t taken it off since. LOVE IT!
