I was sent the wrong one. When I questioned it customer service was helpful and said they would send me the right one. I waited and got back to customer service and they told me no one had processed the second one so they did it the second time.
Almost 2 weeks since I contacted them and I’m still waiting on my correct bracelet to be delivered 🤦🏼♀️
