I was contacted to say that my order was on its way, then another a couple of days later saying that one of the items was not available so there would be a refund. The refund did not include the VAT that is paid on health items. The delivery took well over a week. Then two envelopes came - one with an invoice for the date when I had written to complain! I can't make sense of what went wrong but haven't the energy to ask. I am not yet sure what I have paid. The product was not good either, although recommended by Macmillan.
