I ordered some items from Mouth Ulcers Shop earlier in the month. I got a confirmation email that my order was on the way. I installed the "Shop" app to track my order, but there was no shipment date. I understand that the Covid-19 crisis has created delays in the logistics networks, but at least it would be reassuring to the customer to get some information regarding the shipment date or expected time of arrival instead of just complete silence! I am still waiting ...
