We bought a long line and two harnesses from Mountain Dog. There was an issue with one of the harnesses (the stitching failed after only a couple of weeks) and I was able to log the issue online, get approval for a replacement almost instantly, and the replacement harness itself arrived the next day in the post. On a Sunday. Excellent customer service and it meant we were not left in the lurch without a working harness. Very pleased with the experience of dealing with them and we have a happy dog running around in a smart new harness on a sturdy long line.
