Bought from Mountain Dog in the past and been happy enough. This time I was much less impressed. The lead I ordered from the website isn't strong enough for my (medium sized) dog. The lead's width and the maximum weight of the dog it could be used with wasn't included in the description. The return wasn't automatic. I had to apply to return. And pay for that return. Compared to other online retailers, this is a poor service. I'm much less likely to use Mountain Dog again.
