L/XL for a Golden Retriever fits well. Nice quality materials and colour as advertised. Less likely to be able to back out and escape the harness unlike some other. I would however prefer a stiffer format in the body straps as there is elasticated flex in this harness which means my dog is less reactive to pulling correction which for a strong dog is sometimes needed. Probably wouldn’t buy again for a large dog that tends to pull for this reason but would be happy to buy a gain for a well heeled dog.
