I would give 5 stars because the service is great, but o has to check the website longer than 3weeks to find out if the product I was looking for was available. And it wasn’t for over month. Until I got p hold of you guys by messenger and help me out. And the waiting was around 10 days. I just recommend to have availability of your products at all times. Beside that, the customer service experience amis great. This is the second jacket I buy for my puppy and I can’t never get the right size, but the staff always is willing to help me. I love the jacket. Thank you
