First order was paid for next day delivery. After 4 days I contacted Millys who advised there had been an error, someone "new" had closed the order, so they would send the order out and refund the £7.00 delivery charge. The order did arrive but an item was missing. I called back and they advised this would be sent ASAP along with some samples but that they mainly deal with large orders & advised ordering via my groomer. Thats not whst the website states. No samples arrived with the order. I put this down to bad luck, ordered again, order arrived and one of the items has no label on it, its just a blank pump bottle. I'm really not impressed & whilst the products are good, they aren't cheap & the customer journey is terrible. I'm looking for a better brand now as I just don't trust Millys to get my order right
