Unfortunately this review takes away from the good of the quality of the shampoo.
The delivery courier that has been used is appalling, i have now been waiting 3 days after my informed delivery date and still have no shampoo. As i have paid a delivery charge i expect a good service. I am aware some of this is out of control from milly's but i think they need to look at the repetition of the service they are using as the company does not have a good repetition.
Awaiting a reply on what milly's customer service is going to do about my bad experience with ordering the product.
