Whilst I found the answer service itself to be professional and well run albeit with some limited customer service issues. The billing side was a huge problem. I found that I was paying twice as much as I would with one of their competitors who charge per call. This is because Message Direct charge per minute with some calls appearing to take far longer than I would expect from previous experience. When unwanted marketing calls are factored into this, this formed a significant part of the monthly bill. This was made worse because the divert number that I was given had previously been used by another company and so was attracting marketing calls when my phone was not diverted to them.
