Between myself and my daughter we've had 2 blankets and 2 cushions and can honestly say they are beautiful. The recipients of the blankets absolutely love the blankets but the cushions have not been given as yet as are for Christmas. But I know they will love them. One of the cushions is for my granddaughter who had lost her pony recently and I e mailed Melanie if she could just do a single photo on the cushion and promptly was emailed back with a reply. In the end I have gone with 4 photos but one of the photos was a bit dark and Melanie e mailed back saying it was a bit dark so I attached another picture which she said was fine. Communication, delivery and the goods are excellent. You won't be disappointed ordering from Memories By Mel.
