I first visited your store as a smoker over 4 years ago, I knew I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes but after many, many years of trying numerous options, including medication I still found my way back to that pack of cigarettes. I disliked the smell on my clothes and myself following having just had a cigarette but knew I would need more than willpower alone so I visited your store. Before this visit, I must say that I was very intimidated by vape shops as often they are full of “hip” looking young adults creating massive clouds and talking technical details of which I had no idea what it meant, however my first visit went amazingly! I explained to them what I was looking for and I was treated amazingly, everything was explained jargon free, I was offered flavours to try and even different vapes until I found the right fit for me. I have been a loyal customer since, all team members are brilliant, always have smiles on their faces and happy to help with any advice I’ve needed.
