I broke the glass on my vape and just popped in on the off chance that they had one and found the lads that worked in the King's Lynn branch really helpful and they certainly knew what they were talking about.
I could not get the replacement glass that I wanted but they fitted a new one that was a little different from the one that I had but works a little better. I always find the lads helpful and polite and very cheerful and the service second to none so Medusa Juice is now my number one choice.
