I ordered this chair for my mum after my dad passed away earlier this year, Lisa and the team went above and beyond our expectations, keeping me in the loop every step of the way, from them receiving the clothing, to chair being done and sent out to us, the chair has been made to such a high standard, you can clearly see the time, effort and planning that has gone into it, my mum and myself are absolutely over the moon, highly recommended this company.
