Jules at Love Struck has since bent over backwards to sort the issue out. It is fully resolved to my satisfaction. I think the product is a fantastic idea and my order was based purely on the health boosting properties of smoothies made accessible and easy by what Love Struck are providing. So rather than be completely put off by initial experience I can only do the right thing and compliment them on resolving the issue well and with the customer in mind. Hence my once again honest review.
