These are my absolute favourite. I usually cycle between the gym selection, and the fruit/veg one.
Unlike most other brands (such as the big frozen fruit packs in supermarkets), they’re individually portioned up which makes a massive difference; no need to guess, it’s just all done and ready for you to use.
The range of mixes is second to none. Loads of choice so you never really get bored. I mix with protein powder, yoghurt, and a bit of water. I’d be lost without these - the best!
