I ordered the Britax Max Way Plus car seat online from Little Peas. They contacted me to let me know that their delivery was delayed and so would not be able to dispatch when they hoped to. I was offered the choice of waiting for the delivery or a full refund to purchase the seat elsewhere. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We chose to just wait for the delivery. We were going to be away when they expected to dispatch so I contacted Little Peas and they were very helpful and said they would put a note not to dispatch until the date we were back. Nothing was too much trouble, the customer service was brilliant and we love the car seat and definitely recommend both the seat and Little Peas!
