We have been using Lawer's Online for ILA services since 2019 and had 10 business dealings with them. They have been very reasonable with their rates, punctual with appointments and prompt in their communications. In an exceptional situation of a mistake from their mailing department, they were willing to accept it, help out with a remedy and compensated adequately (which is the justifiable action in the unfortunate event of a fault).
