Spoke to Zac who arranged an appointment with Rosie so we could get independent legal advice in relation to a family assist mortgage, the original call was on Friday, spoke to Rosie on the Tuesday afternoon and received copy of ILA certificate to sign on Wednesday and then received completed form back on Friday, excellent service from beginning to end and have recommended to another person in the same situation .
