Item as described, but took much longer than published aim to arrive, a full week instead of 1-2 business days, I emailed to confirm the item had been despatched and still not posted after 2 working days from order. (Tracking code issued during the weekend, item not posted till wednesday). This would have been fine if the delay was advertised, but I shopped here instead of elsewhere based on a faster quoted delivery and was let down.
