Product was slightly damaged on the insulation but this was hidden when the door is closed, we didn't bother with claiming a replacement.
The product itself is fine, the frame is a bit flimsy so make sure it's supported full on each side. The rubber/plastic washers supplied with the screws are a waste of time, the trap door hits the screw heads when using the washers. When tightening the screws further to avoid this, the washers are pushed out.
