I ordered a heavy-duty loft hatch latch, as I have a large and heavy loft hatch; as we were redecorating, I decided to tidy up and replace the existing mechanism. This item was just what was required, but I did feel that it was expensive; however, where else could I have found a suitable alternative? The item arrived promptly, but when I unpacked it, I found that there was a component missing from the kit. I telephoned Jupiter Blue customer services, who were most apologetic and sent the missing piece in the post - it arrived the following day. No harm done. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow, and my landing now looks much neater for having it!
