The staff at Herdwick Cottages were a pleasure to deal with. I found them to be very pleasant, informative and polite when I had a couple of queries regarding our booking. I received a call 2 days prior to our stay, to confirm that I had received the necessary information relating to our accommodation. Excellent communication from a first-class company. Looking forward to making another booking for a short break in February.
