Great location, would book again! We booked with Herdwick Cottages who were brilliant. Lots of communication and information received prior to our stay which made checking in and accessing the lodge super easy (much appreciated, thank you!) A lovely lodge with a great hot tub. Close to amenities and site facilities. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, arcade and also had a delicious meal at the restaurant too. The lodge was warm and cosy, had a nice kitchen, bathroom etc & plenty of beds to choose from. Very close to the lake and short drives to equally beautiful locations. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again in future.
