Customer service was perfect when I had a wee problem on set up. Literally the only thing I can fault is that when trying to see how much data has been used there's only a text option. I'm using a router so cant see the text (haven't brought a laptop and to be honest it would be awkward because of the motorhome routers location) Smarty offers an email option too, so I can see my data usage when using the router.
