Although the facilites and staff are very good, I am extremely dissappointed that HALO staff fail to ensure that the disabled parking spaces out the front are only used for people with disabled badges. Every day without fail both parking spaces are used by people not displaying a blue badge. Yes I know the car park belongs to Highworth Town Council who are aware of this breach of the law but surely HALO should ensure that this very important parking facility is used by people who need it.
