I have been training in Ynysawdre for a while, I started attending the classes with Mel and I can honestly say her classes are amazing, she always has so much energy and pushes us to our limits never thought I'd enjoy it this much. Ynysawdre is always clean and the staff are always friendly. Only negative is the air conditioning in the studio for TRX on a Saturday phewwww hot hot 🔥
