Overall I am happy with my experience. However, customers are frequently entering the pool without showering first and/or getting in and out of the pool to use the sauna without showering. For hygiene reasons, I would like to see more signs around the sauna area reminding people to shower before entering the pool, particularly after using the sauna, but in general this basic rule being enforced by staff who watch people getting in and out without showering. People must understand that skin exfoliating during a sauna & then using the pool to wash off & cool down without showering is disgusting. It is starting to put me off using the pool. Water machine has been out of order for weeks on the ground floor now so it would be nice to see faults repaired a little quicker.
