Overall, I really like Halo Ross on Wye. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are kept beautifully clean. I love the swimming pool temperature and using the steam room and sauna. The showers are comfortable and clean and the changing cubicles well maintained. Only a couple of gripes. It would be nice if the 6am swim ended at 7am rather than 06.55 as, by the time we've all got changed and logged in, we don't get our full 55 minutes swim. The steam room seems to be temperamental and is frequently out of action, which is a shame. Some users are still coming into the changing rooms in outdoor shoes.
