Depends which staff are the n duty, some only too happy to help, others hide out at the desk. With all the building work going on at present staff are not making it any easier.
Classes for aqua start late or cancelled at the last moment. Communication between staff is poor.
I really hope the refurbishment lives up to expectations because it is currently pretty grim.
