Gym equipment is a bit beaten and worn though using fixed pretty quickly. Evenings can be very busy and can be hard to get on equipment at those time. Music can be too loud at times. Pool is very poor for swimming, and has an oily substance that costs the skin.
Otherwise, facilities are generally clean and staff are usually helpful.
All in all, it serves its purpose functionally.
