Lack of participating staff in the gym area, never seems to be any help to hand. Strange choice of new machines, feel that clientele should have been involved. Wrong time of day can involve a large number of unsupervised children acting unsociably, both in gym and changing area.
So..ok, but could be a lot better.
Good points?...no pressure on performance, cost, friendly feeling, like other clients generally.
