I can only comment on the gym, which I use weekly. The new equipment is good and the member of staff there that I see most often (Ryan) is always very friendly, helpful & hard-working.
I feel that fault and minor repair issue reporting does not seem to be as effective as it should be. H&S awareness and premises management needs a higher profile to ensure that standards are maintained; these are often low cost issues.
Cleaning also seems to be a low priority matter.
