Today 7/12/22 I enquired about a diary, delivery delayed due to the post strikes, and seemingly lost in the void. I got through straight away- no pressing buttons! The lady I spoke to should give a Masterclass in Customer Service. My query was professionally and speedily dealt with to my complete satisfaction.
