A dreadful experience.
Paperwork was not received after 4 days. After 2more weeks I was asked to phone DVLA to ask them to fax the letter again!. Getting in phone contact with DVLA was next to impossible as they were unable to take my call!. This also happened last year. System not fit for purpose.
