Is this another joke? I took the day off work on Monday to attend the appointment only to be told they had ballsed up my paperwork, so I had to rebook. All this means I lost a days wages and will lose more money travelling to Stirling.
I'm trying to be reimbursed but apparently they don't do that, even when they're in the wrong. I'm trying to complain but they are now ignoring.
All this and the lassie on the phone (Nor) is incompetent at best or a wind up merchant at worst.
Your company is a complete joke. You just expect people to halt their lives and come running.
Take some responsibility and pay back your mistakes.
I guarantee if all this has happened to me, its happened before and will continue to happen.
