Appointment was for 11:45 and I wasn’t seen until 13:35. Apart from that all staff were pleasant and the Dr. I saw was extremely nice - she apologised for the long wait and explained that the time slots she was given to see people were not long enough to conduct a proper medical. I tended to agree with her and couldn’t fault the medical she provided. She was one of the most amicable and empathetic Doctors I’ve seen.
